Resourceful strategist adept at facilitating dialogue, building networks, and effecting positive change in challenging environments.
Co-Founder
Bai is an experienced insurance worker. His passion for sports and community service has led him to be involved in multiple organizations in Kartong, such as the Village Development Committee, Kartong Sport Committee, and Kartong Health and Safety. Currently, he is working towards a BA in Development studies at Gambia University.
Finance Adviser
Jainaba is a skilled banker, and her extensive experience in banking and finance will help guide the organization's financial spending. Jainaba holds a BA in Accountancy.
Legal Adviser / Secretary General
Barrister Jatta, a legal practitioner and author in The Gambia, holds an LLB in Law from The University of The Gambia. He has also represented many underprivileged people.

Dembo Jatta is a EAFYF Ambassador. IUCN Vulture Specialist Group.He pursued a BA (Honours) in Wildlife Conservation at the African Leadership University (ALU) in Kigali, RwandaBeyond his academic and professional pursuits, Dembo has a passion for wildlife photography and storytelling.
Community Mobilization Coordinator
Awa teaches General Science and Physical Education. She has extensive experience and a passion for teaching and community development.
